					<description><![CDATA[Very good. I eat Paleo most of the time. I didn&#039;t have turkey sausage on hand. I used pork sausage made by a local butcher so I used only a small amount of oil in the skillet to brown the sausage. Otherwise, I followed the recipe. I halved it for hubby and me. I put a small amount of mozzarella cheese on his portion. Oh… I did not want the oven on so long on this hot summer day. I prepared the zucchini. I put the halves on a microwave plate. Covered it with plastic wrap and cooked 2 minutes. Perfect tenderness. Then baked for 25 min. Will make again.]]></description>
