					<description><![CDATA[I took the advice to add some crushed red pepper, and added about a tablespoon.  It gave it great kick!  I had yellow curry sauce on-hand and used that instead of curry powder and coconut milk.  Stirring in lime and mint at the end really made this dish pop!  Thanks for sharing!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Go for it! The curry powder I use has more kick than the kind you buy at the grocery store, which is why I didn&#039;t add anything else to make it hot. With curry, you can pretty much make it however hot you can stand it. :)]]></description>
