					<description><![CDATA[So my husband tells me now that he doesn&#039;t actually brine the whole chicken.  He cuts it up and brines it and then doesn&#039;t need to brine it as long.  He also likes the good &#039;ol beer can (pop can) chicken recipe and grills the chicken.  Its a manly thing I guess.  :)  We&#039;ll have to try brining a whole chicken soon-intact.]]></description>

She won the Thanksgiving Throwdown with Bobby Flay. I think she uses spices like this, but she also uses citrus. I&#039;m dying to try hers now that I&#039;ve had a taste of this!]]></description>
