So glad you enjoyed it! Yes, I meant to close the grill. If you&#039;re doing it on stove top I would stick it under the broiler exactly the way you did or use a piece of foil to tent it. Thanks Kim!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[We made this tonight for dinner. A couple of questions. When you say &quot;Sprinkle w/Parmesan cheese and cover&quot; what do you mean? Close the lid of the grill? We did ours on a stove top grill. How would we &quot;cover&quot; that? Because the cheese did not melt on the stove top grill, we needed to run it under the broiler for about 1 minute. It did come out tasting very good! Wish there was an option to share a picture.]]></description>
