I made this recipe last night and it was delicious!! I marinated it the night before (about 22 hours) which caused the acidity in the lemon to break down the chicken resulting in fairly tough chicken, however the flavor was amazing. I will totally make this again but not marinate nearly as long. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Every time I see a lemon chicken recipe I think of the TV show Everybody Loves Raymond as Raymond's wife's only good entree used to be lemon chicken. Though I am allergic to lemon, I'm thinking I'll give this recipe a go using pineapple juice. I really enjoy pineapple chicken. Thanks!
