Roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic, bacon and Parm is literally one of my favorite food combinations in the world. :)

I love the idea of fish tacos for Christmas dinner! Since my family's on the small side, we don't do anything fancy on Christmas day; my mom usually makes a breakfast casserole or quiche, which is delicious but not too out of the ordinary in our house. (I've been spoiled with homemade breakfasts; now that I'm out of the house, cold cereal's been a sad reality check.)

My daughter and her husband don't care much for Turkey so they started several years ago having homemade chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, homemade bread, pumpkin pie. I know, lots of carbs but delicious.
I often spend holidays with my best friend and her family and last year they decided to enjoy soups and chili for Christmas dinner with each family bringing a different soup. There are additional sides and desserts. We are doing the same this year, making it easier on my friend.
