I rarely comment on recipes, but this is the third or fourth year in a row that we're making this one. My in-laws have always been ham people but once I started making this, they were converts. I've recommended it to literally everyone I know. This makes the BEST turkey - it's juicy, the pop of citrus makes it extra special, the gravy is to die for and so insanely easy to do. Thank you for an amazing recipe! It's officially "our" Thanksgiving turkey!

I've used this recipe for 5 years straight. It turns out perfect everytime! Only problem is, no one else wants to take over making the turkey now lol, I'm going to do it forever. Not a bad thing, I get the lion share of leftovers ;)
