If you used frozen strawberries, I'm not sure why it would be liquidy. Did you use frozen strawberries?

However, it’s not hardening up, kind of liquidy.
I used the coconut cream, and almond milk as it called for. Not sure what happened..

This ice cream blew our minds - amazing texture achieved with our Ninja blender and flavor was out of this world. Didn’t even feel like a compromise - felt like a full on dessert! This will absolutely be in our rotation!
