And my mouth is watering like crazy over this cake...one of my favorites from childhood was yellow cake from a box and I've been meaning to re-create it using healthier ingredients. I'll most definitely need to try this recipe - it looks absolutely perfect! And you did such a marvelous job doing it justice!
