Our plans fell through for dinner out and I needed something that:
a.) was quick
b.) I had all the ingredients for
c.) used ground turkey
d.) would be eaten (or at least tried!) by everyone in my family (veggie hater and meat hater both, plus one who got her braces tightened recently and it hurts to chew)
This one was a HUGE winner for all of the above! Man this was delicious! And I think I counted like 13 different plants that were involved in the dish, which is even more of a win, especially for the veggie hater! Thanks for a delicious, easy weeknight dinner!
