I'm so impressed. I'm in Eastern Europe where GF products are limited and really not easy to work with. Despite the flop of any dough products I've tried, these crepes were amazing. I almost gave up on attempting anymore GF products until this recipe. They're ALMOST as good as my mothers! Thank you truly!
