Thanks for the suggested add-ins. I use the Buckwheat Pancake box mix and it tastes horrible. Maybe it will taste better with the add-ins you suggested! Thanks again!

I'm planning to make this recipe. Just wondering for the single batch, I notice just one egg is used but the batch on top 2 eggs are used. Otherwise both are the same. Is that a typo or can I use either 1 or 2 eggs?

Thank you for this!!!! My family has been making the whole wheat flour switch. The hardest part was the pasta for us. I haven't tried Buckwheat yet, but I think I will do that. I've been adding a lot of Flax to my recipes.
I'm going to add this recipe into my stash. Just what I needed.
I knew you were my favorite baking blog for a reason :)
