					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for the recipe. I made oven roasted potatoes by using half of the seasoning, vegetable oil and one pound of Idaho potatoes. I added salt but I belive that I should have added granulated sugar instead since Thai food is hot and sweet. I was taught that brown sugar burns easily and should be used in baking. This is a great and economical side dish. 😊]]></description>
