Can you believe I've never spiralized a cucumber? I need to do this asap! I'm a mega fan of those cucumber salads they give you in sushi restaurants, so I'm all about trying this recipe at home. It looks like a most marvelous go-to...and now I'm craving a plate of marinated cucumber noodles alongside some 5 spice roast chicken, thankyouverymuch ;)
