I saw Michelle Tam on Nom Nom paleo make daikon radish noodles. She spiralized then blanched them. I did that and used them in pad Thai and it was amazing. So much better than zucchini noodles, which aren’t my favorite. As a bonus, they look like rice noodles! And my kids ate them better than zoodles. :)]]></description>
