Yes, I think this would work! Because chicken is leaner than pork you might not have as many drippings to work with for the gravy, but it would be tasty for sure.]]></description>

Planning on getting a meat grinder for making raw dog food and this would be great to make from chicken leg quarters,  grind the bones for my dog and make sausage from the meat. Thanks for this.]]></description>
