@Lori D, this rice freezes well. Make the full batch. And then I will let it cool then divvy up into sandwich size Ziploc baggies to put in the freezer. When it&#039;s time to thaw I will put the bag in a bowl of warm water, or in the microwave on defrost.]]></description>
