Hello fellow researcher! Haha. You can definitely make this on the stove top. Just use a big pot and follow the instructions for sauteeing, then cover and cook like you would regular rice. I hope you enjoy it with all of that fresh Florida citrus!

FWIW I do not own an instant pot, and don't expect to, because I have a tiny kitchen with so little storage as to be criminal (single trailer) and someone gifted me an air fryer which is already forcing me to reshuffle everything...again...smh
However I love rice and expect to do a version of this next time I make rice, because I also love lemon (live in Florida - lucky me!) and herbs.
