					<description><![CDATA[This was very good. I found it a little too sweet; if I make it again, I will decrease the raisins to 1/2 cup. Also, 15 minutes was nowhere near enough time to cook the celery. Unfortunately it was quite crunchy. I used only 1/2 tsp of black pepper and 1 tsp of chili powder, and it was plenty spicy. I cooked it on the stove. This was a colorful, different chili that made a lot of leftovers.]]></description>
