Some condiments are fine. This one? Life-changing. With only four ingredients, this sriracha mayo is the easiest way to give your sandwiches, tacos, sushi, and fries a glow-up that makes people think you’ve got a secret sauce obsession. (It’s not a secret. I do.)

I’ve been creating and testing homemade condiments for years, and I can tell you with authority—this is the one I keep reaching for. It’s creamy, tangy, a little spicy, and the kind of thing that disappears faster than you can say “store-bought who?” And my 10-year-old insists on drizzling it on his eggs every morning.
You Will Love this Sriracha Mayo!
The best part? You can tweak it to your spice tolerance, make it in about 90 seconds, and keep a jar in your fridge for emergency flavor rescues. Once you try it, you’ll want to drizzle it on everything. Yes, even your eggs tomorrow morning.

Spicy Mayo Ingredients
- Mayonnaise: I really like avocado oil mayonnaise, but you can use whatever mayo you prefer. Just make sure you don't use Miracle Whip salad dressing.
- Sriracha hot sauce: The is pretty easy to find in the Asian section of the grocery store. You can use any brand you like. You can also use sambal oelek if you have it.
- Lime juice: Of course, fresh lime juice is ideal. Try to find a couple of juicy limes. If you can't or are in a pinch, you can use bottled lime juice.
- Sea Salt: A generous pinch of salt sharpens the flavor and balances the lime juice.

How to Make Spicy Mayo
- Combine the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Taste, and adjust it to fit your preference, adding more hot sauce, lime juice, or salt.
