Guest Post: Layered Mediterranean Dip

I know this is SUPPOSED to be an appetizer. But if I ate it for dinner…would you hold it against me?

I made this and it’s wonderful! I have actually made it on numerous occasions and it is the perfect way to dress up hummus for a party without any fuss.
