Meal Prepping
One of my favorite things to do is meal prep, or ingredient prep. I pick one day during the week and devote an hour or two to prepping vegetables, protein, and some sauces or spice blends to have on the ready for easy meals later!
I included some of my favorite, versatile meats, legumes, vegetable sides and heartier salads that last several days in the fridge.
And you can’t meal prep without throwing in a treat or two.
