What are your thoughts on stuffing?
Only bread-based? Only cooked in a turkey? Or is it actually called “dressing” and stuffing doesn’t exist?
Whether your definition of stuffing/dressing is narrow or wide, I think you’ll like this Wild Rice Stuffing with Prosciutto, Cherries, and Spiced Pecans…. which could arguably be a rice pilaf. Ha.
Did I mention there’s prosciutto? Lots of crispy prosciutto crumbled on top. (That’s my favorite part.)
